The Journey Doesn’t End After Hitting Submit

We pride ourselves on a consistent, fair, and thorough hiring process. Below is a typical timeline for all submitted applications to Jazz Pharmaceuticals:

Resume Review

Thank you for applying! Our hiring team will receive and review your resume. If we feel you are a strong candidate with relevant skills and experience, you will be contacted for a phone interview.

Phone Interview

One of our recruiters will coordinate a phone interview with you to further discuss your resume, past work experience, and any future career goals. This will take about 20-30 minutes. If the recruiter senses a match, you will be invited to either a phone interview with the hiring manager or an in-person interview.

In-Person Interview

Those that reach the final stage of recruitment will be invited to meet in-person with a recruiter and other members of the team to review job expectations and benefits while discussing the mission and culture of Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This will give candidates a final opportunity to describe their work experience and how they can contribute to the company as a whole.
