The R&D organization relies on many functions working in unison to deliver innovative, life-changing medicines to patients.

The R&D organization is comprised of clinical development, early development, clinical operations, clinical data management, strategic outsourcing, biostatistics, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, R&D quality and compliance, and search and evaluation.
