The R&D organization relies on many functions working in unison to deliver innovative, life-changing medicines to patients.
The R&D organization is comprised of clinical development, early development, clinical operations, clinical data management, strategic outsourcing, biostatistics, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, R&D quality and compliance, and search and evaluation. The collaboration of these cross functional teams with others in the organization ensures our continued success not only in R&D, but for the company as a whole.

Jane Youdale
Senior Manager, PV Vendor & Alliance Management
Jane is responsible for coordinating the training of vendors on Adverse Event and Product Complaint Reporting, maintaining vendor relationships on behalf of PQS, and ensuring oversight of outsourced operational activities.
Kelly Artherholt
Sr. Manager, Clinical Contracts and Outsourcing
Kelly's career has progressed rapidly since she first joined Jazz four years ago, and her development path has taken her from an accounting role to her current position in Clinical Operations.
Trudy Vanhove, MD, PhD, MBA
Vice President, Head of R&D Search and Evaluation
Trudy started with Jazz in 2012, originally hired to head up Medical Affairs. In 2015, She was asked to create a new function called Technical Assessment, which is now called R&D Search and Evaluation.
