The Senior Product Manager (SPM) of Oncology Marketing will support critical promotional and customer marketing activities for an in-line product within the Oncology business unit. This product is currently approved for the treatment of 2nd line metastatic Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) and is preparing for a potential launch in 1st line maintenance (1LM) treatment of Extensive Stage SCLC.
The SPM will engage in several cross-functional initiatives and manage key strategic and tactical projects/workstreams. The SPM will serve as an important member of the expanding Oncology Business Unit.
The candidate will help drive product adoption by developing strategic and tactical marketing plans. The SPM will be focused primarily on 1LM launch activities and will also support the 2nd line business as needed. The candidate will also assist, when needed, on marketing initiatives across the oncology portfolio. This individual will be responsible for setting strategy and implementing plans per relevant regulatory guidelines and Jazz policies and values.
Essential Functions
Take a central role in developing, refining and pulling through 1LM strategies to drive a successful launch
Collaborate on overall Oncology marketing promotional strategy and execution across lines on therapy
Develop / update key promotional tactics for launch (e.g. interactive visual aid)
Help manage several key vendors, including a primary ad agency to maintain and improve upon an effective promotional platform
Consult on overall Oncology marketing media planning and execution with a focus on 1LM strategic priorities
Serve as a marketing point-person on cross-functional teams, including the Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) for all 1LM related workstreams
Serve as an oncology marketing booth lead for ASCO and other relevant conferences
Lead development and execution of advisory boards
Lead cross functional partners in 2026 tactical planning to develop an integrated strategic planning and ensure execution across the brand
Establish a strong relationship with the sales team and other field-based commercial teams to ensure optimal execution
Manage and enhance relationships with many critical functions within the organization, thought leaders, and strategic business partners
Ensure tactics meet compliance and regulatory guidelines and company policies
Work collaboratively with finance partners and ensure budget is managed appropriately
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years of marketing (or related commercial) experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
Oncology experience is preferred

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $132,000.00 - $198,000.00
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
