Caring for your mind & body.
We offer a market-leading Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to give employees and their families expert guidance and specialist support on any issue, including 25 counseling sessions per year to support their mental and emotional wellbeing.
We also offer access to a variety of online classes, meditations and webinars, on-site wellbeing activities, and challenges to help our employees feel their best.
Caring for your finances.
To support each employee’s diverse needs, the Jazz Wellbeing Reimbursement Account is designed to provide employees with the flexibility to decide the products and services that best support their wellbeing, empowering them to choose what is most important to them.
Caring for your time.
As caring for our patients is of the utmost importance, we want to ensure that our employees can take time away from work to care for those who mean the most to them.
- Global Paid Child Bonding Leave, which is available to all new parents irrespective of gender or how they are welcoming their child to their family.
- Global Paid Caregiver Leave is available to care for a family member with a serious health condition.
Caring for your community.
We not only care for our patients and our people, but also the communities we serve. The Jazz Global Volunteer Day policy provides paid time off for employees to give back to their community by spending time supporting non-profit organizations.

At Jazz, we are proud to offer an innovative and flexible work model developed directly from employee feedback -- that best serves our people and our business. Internally known as “Jazz Remix,” our norms enable teams to decide when and where they work best, adhering to principles that balance the needs of patients and personal productivity, flexibility, and wellbeing. Regularly scheduled site connection days and in-person team gatherings allow our people to maintain a genuine sense of community and connection with each other.
