Embracing Our Differences.
Empowering Success.

Our Purpose

Dedication to diversity drives us forward.

At Jazz, we embrace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We aim to celebrate the unique differences all our employees bring and create a safe, inclusive work environment where everyone has a voice. We are focused on building diverse teams and leadership, and creating an environment where employees are empowered to learn, share, and get involved.

Pay Equity

Simply the right thing to do.

We strive to achieve pay equity in every country we operate in, considering factors that include external market data, individual performance, and internal pay equity. This is in keeping with our goal that all employees have the opportunity to earn equal pay for equal work. As part of our pay equity commitment, we do not ask candidates about their salary history or consider salary history when determining compensation.

Employee Resource Teams

Building a culture of belonging.

Our Employee Resource Teams are empowered to create an inclusive environment, foster innovation, and improve the way we work together globally to better serve patients, employees, and the communities around us.

Hear from our Employees

Our ongoing commitment to DEIB.

At Jazz, we believe in fostering an inclusive workplace where every voice matters.
Through regular Pulse surveys and other employee listening activities, our employees share insights that shape our culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
