The HR Business & Program Partners will function as a subject matter experts with specialized knowledge and techniques to plan and deliver enterprise and functional people priority projects, lead talent management for their function, and provide business partnering support for senior leaders.
The position reports directly to the Head of Global HR Partnership and Program Mgt and will work closely across the global HR team including the Strategic HRBP team, HR COEs, HR Delivery and HR Operations.
The HRB&PP will be required to work closely with the COE and Strategic HRBPs to understand the enterprise and functional priorities and ensure successful delivery.
Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the organization, particularly the supporting functions, its strategy, customers, and people priorities. Gain an excellent grasp of the people challenges faced by the organization.
Strategic HRBP Collaboration: Partner closely with the Strategic HRBPs to understand functional people priorities and develop strategic plans. Drive and in some cases lead a matrix team to successfully deliver multiple initiatives and projects across the functions, ensuring they are within scope, time, and budget. This includes managing large or complex reorganizations.
Team Facilitation: Utilize insights from the HR Delivery Team on climate assessments to identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives (such as capability mapping, HP workshops) in alignment with the Strategic HRBP.
Enterprise Project Management: Participate and sometimes lead enterprise and core process project teams, develop strategic plans and drive execution of key enterprise programs within the function.
Matrix team: Utilize F2W and other resource across the HR Operating model to support the successful delivery of functional and enterprise projects and programs.
Talent Management: Plan and execute the talent management process, effective collaboration with other functional HRB&PP to share talent, ideas and best practices cross functionally, track and follow up on outcomes post-talent review with function leaders and HRBP, Partner with function specific Director TS, HRBP, TAQ and TR to develop and execute tactical actions & interventions to deliver on our Value Driven Talent Strategy.
Global HR Collaboration: Collaborate with Global HR teams to fully leverage the HR operating model. Support Strategic HRBPs in meeting their functional priorities, work with HR Delivery and Ops to maximize their role across Jazz, and drive process improvements, HR project management tools, and the implementation of operational best practices.
Senior Leadership HRBP Support: Serve as a point of contact for Senior Leaders for guidance and coaching on functional programs and initiatives ensuring redirect to HR Delivery for more day to day activities. Provide support on a wide range of HR issues for the programs, ensuring compliance with employment law, overall HR practices, and workplace culture. Offer counsel and coaching on proactive leadership through change to foster productive and cooperative work environments that align with Jazz values and enhance employee engagement.
Leadership Influence: Influence leaders using an OD mindset - through impactful questioning and challenge them to identify and address the root of people and business opportunities and issues. Drive execution in partnership with senior leaders.
Change Management: Manage the implementation of change initiatives to support the achievement of functional goals and organizational growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proactively use data, metrics, and evidence to inform and drive decision-making and change across key business areas.
Agility: Will be required to work flexibility to lean in and support other functions/ projects as required so the role requires a great deal of resilience.
Org Development: Supporting the implementation of Org Development initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive HR Experience: Progressive HR partnership experience, with accountability for partnering with senior leaders and expertise in at least two HR functional areas: performance management, rewards, talent acquisition, organizational development, change management.
Adaptability: Strong ability to navigate and thrive in an ambiguous environment, with the agility to pivot with changing priorities.
Resilience: ability to cope with and recover from setbacks and challenges quickly. Maintaining calm and effectively managing stress in difficult situations, with the ability to handle a high volume of work.

Process and Project Management: Strong process orientation and project management skills, with the capability to implement global solutions.
Regional HR Expertise: In-depth US or EU HR knowledge, capable of independently managing the most senior and complex situations in the region.
Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Advising and Coaching: Proven advising and coaching skills for senior-level managers.
Strategic Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to define problems, establish creative solutions, and determine optimal courses of action within broader organizational strategies and objectives.
Performance Under Pressure: Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, drive multiple projects to completion, and manage
results.
Communication and Detail Orientation: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and management presence.
Global Experience: Experience working within a global organization, with a focus on matrix teams and projects.
Integrity and Confidentiality: High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
Collaborative Independence: Ability to work independently while being highly collaborative.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to handle people data to inform decisions and key focus areas.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems (preferably Workday).
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline is required
HR professional certification is preferred

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
