Brief Description:
Reporting into the Office Manager, the working student (Werkstudent) supports the Commercial Launchlead in Oncology.
Essential Job Functions:
General Tasks
Close collaboration with the Commercial Launchlead Oncology and the Marketing Team to ensure smooth daily operations
Support the Marketing Team with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including but not limited to:
Uploading promotional and scientific materials into internal approval systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats)
Proofreading marketing materials for consistency, compliance, and accuracy
Assisting in the preparation and logistics of congresses and other marketing events
Coordinating schedules and meetings for the Launch Lead Oncology
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning and distributing mail
Processing invoices in line with internal procedures
Filing and archiving hardcopy documents
Maintaining and regularly updating internal tracking lists (e.g., material status, agency contacts, event planning checklists)
Ordering office supplies and promotional materials
Managing shipments to field force and retrieving materials from external archives
Supporting the onboarding of new suppliers in internal systems
Booking meeting rooms onsite and coordinating offsite meeting logistics
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent German command essential
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at advanced level
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
A proactive mindset and a high degree of reliability and confidentiality
Working Environment
• This position is offered as a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence at our Munich site, as required by business needs.
