Brief Description
Reporting to the Market Access Director, the Sr Manager Value & Access will be responsible to develop and implement the value proposition of the company’s product portfolio to ensure and maintain the optimal access conditions according to the local and global strategies. He/she will assist the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies
Essential Functions
Develop of P&R dossiers according to the strategic positioning, value proposition and pricing guidance.
Contribute to the development of the pricing strategy to ensure reimbursement in line with local market needs.
Contribute to the definition of price assumptions for Business Planning purpose.
Collaborate with EU/INT to develop and align local Market Access strategies and tactics to support the value of company products.
Be an active member of the Brand Teams to ensure that the Market Access insights and needs are discussed and implemented in the Brand Plan strategies & tactics.
Contribute to the design and implement HEOR and Market Access projects to unlock the value of company products
Develop an efficacious communication of the value propositions to external customers.
Collaborate with Market Access field team to develop Regional Access tools and any other appropriate initiative to obtain Regional/local access and sustain products’ value along their lifecycle, in line with Business Units priorities.
Identify and map market access relevant stakeholders in order to develop and implement stakeholders engagement plan maintaining relationships with key external Market Access stakeholders.
Constantly monitor environmental changes in healthcare to capture and anticipate different scenario evolutions and transform into proactive actions.
Behave ethically, responsibly and professionally in accordance with Jazz Pharmaceuticals values and codes of practice.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Laws, Codes, corporate standards and Procedures related to her/his area of relevance/responsibility.
Strictly observance and knowledge of Jazz Pharmacovigilance’s Policy
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in Market Access/Price & Reimbursement/HEOR experience
Previous experience in Oncology filed would be preferred
Deep knowledge of the Spain health system and governance
Experience in working cross-functionally; self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional team
Strong negotiation and communications skills
Commercial acumen and ability to communicate complex topics
Excellent strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate complex or technical content in an influent way to non-technical audiences
Solid understanding of commercial and medical functions and how these contribute to a successful patient access approach
Others
Computer skills and in particular Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Microsoft Outlook;
Fluent in English, both oral and written communications
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Scientific and/or economic degree
A post-degree in Health Economics/HTA, market access is preferred
