The field-based Senior Key Account Manager Oncology will work with a small, dynamic cross-functional team to realize the full potential of the evolving Jazz Pharmaceuticals Oncology portfolio in Austria. The role of incumbent is to deeply understand the specific needs of patients and healthcare professionals in their therapeutic area to identify and address their goals and challenges in support of improved patient access, patient outcomes and quality of care. This will be achieved through the development of professional working partnerships to internal and external stakeholders to positively influence sales potential, future guidelines, funding, positioning of products and effective implementation of peer to peer/advocacy programs. The incumbent will take full accountability for the preparation and execution of innovative and strong key account and customer engagement plans as agreed with the management team, fully utilizing agreed processes and procedures requiring close collaboration with other Jazz personnel. This will require a hybrid approach whereby the incumbent will need to be able to use multi-channel approaches to achieve goals in terms of activity and sales targets, coupled with face to face and meeting activity.

 

The role demands good leadership qualities, resilience, high levels of cross-functional collaboration and an ability to work strategically and operationally.
