This 5 Month FTC Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) Senior Manager (SM) role has been created to address critical resource gaps within our FFE function and respond to increasing demands from our affiliates and regional stakeholders.

Your role will be to deliver high-impact analytical insights and implement innovative field force effectiveness (FFE) solutions across supported affiliates. This role is responsible for executing FFE initiatives including targeting models, dynamic segmentation strategies, performance-based incentive schemes, and specialized analytical support to inform brand planning and commercial execution.

As the temporary FFE expert, you will work closely with country leadership teams to optimize field force activities, enhance customer engagement, and drive business performance through analytical excellence. You will have a dotted line to country leadership, collaborate with the broader EUR/INT FFE community, and contribute to regional FFE initiatives.

The SM FFE & Analytics will also play a key role in the financial reporting of the affiliate with responsibilities to support the local financial cycle of budget and sales forecasting throughout the year and to be the local forecasting expert.

This role will also contribute to selected validation tasks within dashboards and CRM tool as well as execute on selected CRM tool administration tasks.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Sales and Marketing activities and excellent numeracy & communication skills. They will also have solid experience with CRM Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible of the proper execution and implementation of sales force planning processes such as segmentation & targeting, KPI target setting, sales objectives setting, and incentive compensation plan design.

  • Support ongoing and ad hoc analysis of KAM/MSL activities, brand performance, share insights and provide recommendations to key stakeholder at country level.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of optimum segmentation, targeting and territory alignment. Update the impacted systems accordingly.

  • Contribute to emphasize analytics when working within commercial and medical team.

  • Optimize CRM systems to enhance call reporting and customer insight capture capabilities

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements that drive field force productivity and elevate our customer engagement.

  • Build or support development of training documents to ensure optimal use of tools and platforms. Is responsible of the training and best practices of the field force for the use of CRM system.

  • Work closely with supported affiliate on the implementation of best in-class Key Account Planning framework.

  • Lead the annual forecasting process in the supported markets in collaboration with the BI and Finance teams.

  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders (KAMs, MSLs, Business Unit Directors, Sales Directors, Medical Directors, GMs)

  • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, and work with supported affiliates to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Project lead for selected EUR/INT regional FFE projects, e.g. Value Add CRM

  • Execute on selected CRM administration tasks, e.g. Master Account Mapping

  • Execute on selected validation tasks as related to dashboard, CRM, etc.

  • Work with the Head of FFE EUR/INT to ensure a joined-up approach to regional FFE initiatives (such as CRM and reporting) and to ensure compliance with procedures (such as incentives framework). Identify cross-market best practices and implementation opportunities.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to Code of Conduct, IT, confidentiality and data privacy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Hands-on experience working on CRM packages (SalesForce, Veeva, Mobile Intelligence)

  • Proven knowledge of field force targeting, segmentation, business planning and CRM

  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes.

  • Good Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Syndicated Data, such as IQVIA.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural setting

  • Good skills in data management

  • Highly developed analytical skills; ability to forecast and to synthesize and interpret data/insights into recommendations

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Need to be proactive and accountable in addressing key issues

  • Excellent technical capabilities in the use of MS Office. Advanced Excel skills.

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

  • University degree (BA/BSc or marketing equivalent) from an accredited university

  • Extensive experience in FFE and/or commercial excellence function in pharma company

  • Fluent in English and German language preferable
