As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you are responsible for driving the commercial success of our Neurology product(s) within your territory. You take full ownership of your region, proactively develop and execute strategic account plans, and build strong, trust-based partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
You thrive in customer-facing roles, bring strong business acumen and closing ability, and are motivated by achieving ambitious goals in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Planning: Own and lead the development and execution of robust, insight-driven key account plans aligned with national brand strategy and local market dynamics.
Performance and Growth: Deliver and exceed sales targets by identifying growth levers, unlocking barriers, and continuously optimizing resource deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with HCPs, decision-makers, and influencers. Position Jazz products effectively through scientific and clinical value.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate actively with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to enable aligned, high-quality customer engagement.
Business Intelligence: Analyze territory trends and data to inform strategy, anticipate market changes, and adjust plans in real time.
Operational Excellence: Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM, ensure ethical promotional spend, and demonstrate agility in supporting strategic initiatives and business projects.

Qualifications & Experience – what you bring:
Proven, exceptional track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally in Neuroscience and or Epilepsy – we are looking for top-tier performers who consistently exceed targets and set new industry benchmarks.
Superior selling skills and an uncompromisingly competitive mindset are non-negotiable – we seek true challengers who shape the market and never settle for the status quo.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that captivate customers, build trust, and establish long-term, high-value relationships.
Exceptional account management capabilities and the ability to navigate and influence within complex customer environments – strategic, analytical, and relentlessly customer-focused.
Proven experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders – we want collaborative drivers of impact who break silos and drive synergy.
Highest levels of self-motivation, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit – we seek individuals who act with passion, ownership, and a drive to innovate.
Education & Requirements
Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification according to §75 AMG
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Travel up to 40%
