The CoE BPO Manager owns Supplier Onboarding and Coupa Risk Assess within S2P, stabilising the internal and BPO teams through clear roles, SOPs and a disciplined performance cadence. They will drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, lift data quality, and shorten cycle times, while governing BPO delivery to SLAs/OLAs and experience targets. Partnering with Procurement, Accounting, Legal, Risk and IS, this role will embed strong controls and build team capability to deliver a resilient, scalable and customer‑focused supplier enablement service.
Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Supplier Onboarding and Coupa Risk Assess
Lead continuous improvement of supplier onboarding and risk end‑to‑end, stabilizing roles, SOPs and controls to boost efficiency, compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Standardize best practice, cut cycle time and rework, and track benefits to closure.
Own the documentation lifecycle: process maps, SOPs, work instructions and RACIs
Support corporate initiatives (policy refreshes, ESG/third‑party risk, audits, CSP/portal adoption) by translating requirements into clear processes, communications and change plans.
Coordinate cross‑functionally (IS, Procurement, AP, Finance, Legal) to triage issues, drive root‑cause fixes, and manage change impacts, enablement and readiness.
Ensure policy compliance and audit‑readiness; monitor adherence via KPIs/dashboards and close gaps with time‑bound corrective actions.
BPO Management
Stabilize the BPO partnership by maintaining a clear service catalogue, RACI, SOPs and hand‑off playbooks; standardize intake and change controls to keep operations predictable and resilient.
Run a disciplined performance cadence (daily/weekly ops huddles, monthly reviews, QBRs) with KPIs; use dashboards to spot trends and drive a CI backlog with quantified benefits and lower cost‑to‑serve.
Monitor adherence and quality through audits, and sampling; implement CAPA with owners and due dates, and lock in fixes to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate cross‑functionally (IS, Procurement, AP, Finance, Legal) to triage issues, manage escalations, and maintain an issue log, knowledge base, and communications/enablement for consistent execution.
Partner with the BPO Accounting Senior Director to streamline relationship with Accounts Payable, remove redundancies, harmonize policies/controls, and codify improvements into SOPs and work instructions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive experience in Procurement/Procurement Ops incl experience in process ownership/shared services/BPO governance.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and/or other design programs/tools.
Knowledge of Coupa and SAP S/4HANA is preferred
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and tools- eagerness to continue improving technical skills and capabilities.
Strong process and time management skills- ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, complex environment with conflicting demands.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects with evolving requirements.
Self-starter with strong customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.
Works independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Bachelor Degree preferable or Associate Degree or commensurate experience
