Brief Description:

The Sr. Manager, Government Pricing & Analytics is responsible for all government pricing calculations (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, 340B, nFAMP and IFF). The individual will also have the responsibility of Gross-to-Net and policy analytics through compiling, analyzing and interpreting both internal and secondary data sources and provide insight based on the analysis. This position is remote.

Essential Functions

  • Perform with accuracy the government Pricing calculations (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, 340B, nFAMP and IFF)

  • Assist with quarterly and annual SOX compliance audits and any internal/external audits related to the Government Pricing calculations.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide and support GTN/Forecasting initiatives.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide and support policy analytics as it relates to government programs.

  • Ensure that appropriate sales, chargeback and rebate data are properly loaded into iContracts and reconciled.

  • State price transparency support across functional leadership as needed.

  • Ad hoc analytic projects as needed across the organization.

  • Strong leadership skills to work across functions with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to gain consensus and drive results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Five (5) years of recent experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry with significant experience in Market Access in the areas of Government Pricing & Analytics

  • Demonstrated ability to manage change in a dynamic growing organization and evolving health care marketplace.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-organizational projects and cross-functional teams with and without direct management authority.

  • Strong strategic-thinking skills; demonstrated ability to network and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.

  • Strong personal integrity, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities and customer focus.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, adapt, prioritize, and work effectively in a matrixed organization and in an evolving/changing health care environment.

  • Ability to travel up to / approximately 20% of the time.

  • BA/BS Degree

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $142,400.00 - $213,600.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
