We are seeking a strategic and technically adept TechOps and G&A Functions Data Product Owner to drive the identification and delivery of strategic data and AI products at Jazz. This role supports Tech Ops (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality) and G&A Functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement). The data product owner is embedded in the Data & AI team at Jazz and ensure Data & AI product delivery is streamlined across the team, aligned with organizational goals, user-centric, and delivers measurable value. This individual will help drive adoption and use of D&A services and products across the organization. This role is pivotal for culture and change management, fostering collaboration among business stakeholders, decision makers, process modelers, and D&A developers. The right individual combines a passion for data, analytics and AI, strong soft skills, technical understanding, and domain knowledge to create business value through data-driven change.  Ideal candidates have relevant pharma or biotech experience specifically in the areas of TechOps and/or G&A Functions.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Support TechOps and G&A business stakeholders and Center of Excellence Leads through all stages of a product lifecycle including: inspiration (identifying and prioritizing use cases), ideation (prototyping and business case development), and implementation (adoption, workflow integration, impact measurement, and sharing outcomes).

  • Partner closely with the functional Center of Excellence (COE) leads to define data and AI strategic roadmap aligned with enterprise capabilities and functional strategic needs.

  • Liaise with Data Governance Lead to maintain data quality, lineage, and stewardship accountability.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data Architect capability team to optimize existing architecture and streamline support of live products.

  • Partner with Enterprise AI Capability team to maximize enterprise AI capability investments and to collaboratively evolve capability roadmap ahead of business needs.

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in alignment with enterprise data strategy and business objectives.

  • Track business outcomes achieved through data and AI initiatives, focusing on impact, value measurement, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics.

  • Translate business needs into actionable data product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure data products meet user needs and drive adoption.

  • Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in Agile environments.

  • Leads user acceptance testing and gathers user feedback to refine and enhance data products iteratively, fostering continuous improvement

  • Collaborates with governance, risk and security teams to ensure that data products comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to data privacy and security

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in data product offerings

  • Drive adoption aligned to regulatory and governance requirements

  • Improve operational efficiency and performance through data and AI

  • Ensure compliance with regulated operational and corporate processes

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and user feedback.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven ability to drive business and financial outcomes of data and AI solutions

  • Experience in business process design, change management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment.

  • Strong understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and data governance principles

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong project management experience including familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills, especially in collaborative, cross functional teams.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in data and AI product management, data or AI project delivery, or related roles

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $153,600.00 - $230,400.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
