The Manager, Content Factory (Operations + Personalization), is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of the centralized content operating model, ensuring efficient content intake, production, localization, and deployment across Franchise, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. This role ensures content is modular, reusable, and personalization-ready, enabling scalable omnichannel execution while partnering closely with brands, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant assets aligned to CX standards and ways of working. This role reports to the Content Development & Deployment Suite Lead and partners closely with the Content Factory Lead and Content Factory (Librarian) to ensure the Content Factory team consistently delivers value to the business through strong partnership and execution.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of the end-to-end content lifecycle across Franchise, Market Access, and Medical Affairs content.

  • Help operationalize the Content Factory model, including intake, prioritization, localization, adaptation, and deployment across brands and channels.

  • Translate brand and engagement requirements into modular, reusable content and personalized variants for use in omnichannel execution.

  • Coordinate execution across content creators, agencies, MLR, and deployment teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

  • Support agency execution to ensure assets meet omnichannel, personalization, and platform requirements.

  • Assist in enabling content personalization at scale, including supporting tagging, modular assembly, and GenAI-enabled derivative content creation.

  • Identify execution of bottlenecks and optimization opportunities; drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and reuse.

  • Leverage content performance insights to inform optimization and content investment decisions.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with Campaign Orchestration and Customer Engagement, Events and Meetings teams to align content to journeys, channels, and targeting strategies.

  • Work closely with MLR Ops to ensure smooth, compliant review and approval workflows.

  • Coordinate with global capability teams (DAM, content tools, GenAI) to adopt and optimize platforms and workflows.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience managing end-to-end content operations in an omnichannel environment.

  • Expertise in modular content design, personalization, and content reuse strategies.

  • Experience working with DAM, CMS, and content supply chain tools.

  • Familiarity with GenAI-enabled content creation and tagging approaches.

  • Ability to operate within a capability-enabled, standardized operating model.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in content standards, digital asset management platforms, content management systems, and modular content frameworks within a pharmaceutical organization.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams that include Managers or Senior Managers, with accountability for team performance, development, and outcomes.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

  • Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics.

Working Requirements:

  • 20-30% travel will be required.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
