The Director, Customer Analytics & Insights – Oncology & Healthcare Organization (HCO) provides strategic leadership for the Customer Analytics & Insights team. The role supports HCO analytics and insights across the Jazz portfolio, with an additional focus on brands in Solid (including Breast), Hematology and Neurology. This role is responsible for setting direction, defining priorities, and ensuring consistent, high-quality insight delivery that informs franchise/brand strategy, portfolio decisions, and HCO customer experience improvements. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Analytics & Insights, this role leads a team of analytics & insights roles, and partners with senior franchise and functional stakeholders to enable insight-driven decision making across priority brands and therapeutic areas.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Direction

· Own and drive the analytics & insights strategy for portfolio-wide HCO Customers, partnering with the franchise team and the Customer Analytics & Insights CX Lead to ensure priorities are aligned with franchise objectives, business needs, and team-level goals.

· Oversee delivery of integrated, decision-ready insights (e.g. market landscape, customer segmentation, performance drivers, research synthesis) across key customer types (HCPs, HCOs, patients, caregivers, medical/KOLs, payers).

· Ensure analytic approaches are appropriately applied and translated into actionable recommendations, guiding implications for brand strategy, portfolio prioritization, and key interventions.

· Provide executive-ready insight narratives that inform portfolio prioritization, investment decisions and customer experience strategy.

· Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear role expectations and coaching team members across levels.

· Drive adoption of productized analytics and self-service reporting to reduce bespoke work and improve speed to insight and action.

· Manage relationships with external research and analytics vendors, guiding scope, methodology and interpretation to ensure insights address priority business questions.

Collaboration

· Act as the Analytics & Insights lead for portfolio-wide HCO customers, partnering with senior Commercial, Medical, Market Access, leaders to align Customer Analytics & Insights team priorities with franchise and global objectives.

· Build strong working relationships with Commercial, Medical, Market Access leaders to ensure Analytics & Insights work reflects business needs

· Cultivate strong collaborative culture across Customer Analytics & Insights leaders / team by proactively sharing learnings to identify opportunities to apply findings across business areas as relevant, and disseminate best practices to enhance analytical rigor, ensure consistency and maximize value from insights across the Jazz organization

· Represent the HCO customers in cross-functional forums and Customer Analytics & Insights team-level planning discussions, ensuring franchise needs, dependencies and constraints are clearly communicated and reflected in Customer Analytics & Insights priorities.

· Build strong, cross-functional partnerships with Data, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, Finance, and other partner groups to ensure alignment on priorities, enable integrated insights, and drive cohesive decision-making across the organization

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Skills

· Deep understanding of Customer Analytics & Insights, including core capabilities (e.g., segmentation, performance analytics, advanced analytics, research), underlying data ecosystem, and best practices on how insights are translated into business outcomes.

· Systems-level perspective across analytics capabilities and data assets, with the ability to connect disparate inputs into integrated, end-to-end insight generation that informs strategic decisions.

· Strong judgment in balancing strategic priorities, delivery realities, and long-term scalability, guiding teams to make deliberate trade-offs and focus on high-impact, decision-relevant analytics.

· Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches, ensuring the right level of rigor, use of best practice methodology, and output to support high quality results before effective decision-making.

· Proven ability to lead teams in adopting agile, scalable ways of working, establishing structured prioritization, iterative delivery, and cross-functional alignment to improve speed, quality, and predictability of insight delivery.

· Experience leading and developing a high-performing team, including resource planning, performance management, and talent development to support evolving business needs.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or commercial data strategy within a pharmaceutical organization.

· 6-8 years of experience leading people, including managing and developing high-performing teams and driving accountability across functions.

· Demonstrated experience leading teams that include Senior Managers, Associate Directors, or equivalent roles, with accountability for team performance, development, and outcomes.

Preferred / Additional Qualifications:

· Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.

· Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

· Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics.

Working Requirements:

· 20-30% travel will be required.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $184,000.00 - $276,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
